30g UNISOY® Soy Milk Powder
50g (about ¼ fruit) Avocado Puree
40ml Palm Syrup
100g Palm Sugar
100g White Sugar
2 tbsp Coffee Essence
- To prepare palm syrup: Melt all palm syrup ingredients, strain and cool.
- Combine water and UNISOY®, then add all ingredients and blend at high speed for 1 min in a food blender.
