Yes. UNISOY products are vegan friendly.

UNISOY products are made from 100% non-GMO and de-skinned soybeans. It is lactose free, hence it is safe for people who are lactose intolerance to consume UNISOY products.

GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organism whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated in a laboratory through genetic engineering. This creates combinations of plant, animal, bacteria, and virus genes that do not occur in nature or through traditional crossbreeding methods. UNISOY uses non-GMO soybeans.

UNISOY has specifically removed the skin from the soybeans (while retaining its nutritional value using advanced technology) to remove the “raw” flavour component as well as the bitter substances from the skin to improve the quality and taste of its soy milk powder.

Best to store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

UNISOY products are manufactured in facility that also processes product contains gluten.

We recommend you UNISOY Nutritious Soya Milk Powder ‘No Cane Sugar Added’ or UNISOY Nutritious Black Soy Milk Powder as these 2 products does not have cane sugar added.
If you prefer sweeter, you may get UNISOY Nutritious Soya Milk Powder for lower in sugar.

Ready 220ml of warm / cold water into cup, stir while you pouring 1 sachet of UNISOY soya milk powder in a cup.
*Please do not add hot water directly to the soya milk powder, the powder will become lumpy. It will also affect the nutritional value of the soya milk.
*Do note that UNISOY Instant Nutritious Soya Oatmeal and UNISOY Instant Nutritious Soya Cereal Drink are best served with hot water.

For young infants and babies, breast milk or specialized infant formula are the best options as they require more energy, protein, vitamins and minerals to support their rapid growth and development. Soy milk should NOT be used to replace breast milk or specialized infant formula. However, UNISOY can be used in small amounts to provide additional flavour to an infant’s complementary food such as pureed cereals and fruits.

UNISOY contain high-quality protein, they are great choices for pregnant women as well as breastfeeding mothers who have higher protein needs. However, should the pregnant woman have any other underlying medical conditions that does not allow the intake of soy, it is recommended for her to seek medical advice before consuming soy products.

UNISOY products are not tested with low GI (Glycemic Index). Please be sure to discuss food and nutrition concerns with your doctor.

Yes. Consuming moderate amounts of soy foods (including UNISOY) is safe and acceptable for patients with gout. If you suffer from gout, you can eat soy products in moderation, as part of a healthy diet low in fat.

No. If you do not suffer from gout, eating soy products (including UNISOY) in moderate amounts will not cause you to have gout.

For orders amounting to $25 and above, we offer free delivery to your doorstep via courier! $3 shipping fee applies for order below $25 spend.

A $20 surcharge applies for deliveries to locations out of Singapore mainland (such as Sentosa and Jurong Island), on top of existing delivery charges. All orders shall be dispatched after 4-5 working days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) upon completion of payment.

We do not ship to other countries at the moment. You may look for local supermarkets, online stores or distributors for UNISOY products.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to a post office box address.

All orders are dispatched from our Singapore location and we try our best to get your order to you within 2-3 business days provided your delivery address is in Singapore. However, orders that require customisation will take longer to arrive. Please also note that there may be a delay in delivery if your order(s) is/are placed during peak trade periods.

Some courier service does not need signature from recipient. 

If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery that you opted, there will be a surcharge of $20 for re-delivery. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, and will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
