2. What are the delivery options available to me?
For orders amounting to $25 and above, we offer free delivery to your doorstep via standard express! $3 shipping fee applies for order below $20.
3. Type of Payment
We only accept payment credit/debit cards (Visa/Master/JCB/Amex) and PayNow.
4. What if I require delivery to a location outside Singapore mainland?
We only do local delivery. We do not deliver to overseas or deliver to locations out of Singapore mainland (such as Sentosa and Jurong Island).
5. Do you deliver to post office boxes?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to a post office box address.
6. When can I expect my order?
We try our best to get your order to you within 3-4 business days provided your delivery address is in Singapore. Please also note that there may be a delay in delivery if your order(s) is/are placed during peak trade periods.
7. What if the item(s) I placed an order for is/are out of stock?
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
8. What can I do if I received a bad quality item?
8.1 Do send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use contact form 'HERE' within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and attached a photo of item received. We will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your complain or refund request.
8.2 Refund / Exchange Policy:
8.2.1. Only defected products are allowed for replacement.
8.2.2. Any orders damaged via transit or custom clearance, we will offer replacement.
8.2.3. If you're concerned about the quality of your items, please send us a picture of the expiry date and batch number and we will arrange a replacement.
