What are the delivery options available to me?

For orders amounting to $20 and above, we offer free delivery to your doorstep via courier! $3 shipping fee applies for order below $20 spend.


Type of Payment

We only accept payment via Paypal and bank transfer. For bank transfer method, please make payment to the details below after checkout and email your bank-in slip or receipt to sales@unifood.com.sg together with your order ID:

What if I require delivery to a location outside Singapore mainland?

A $20 surcharge applies for deliveries to locations out of Singapore mainland (such as Sentosa and Jurong Island), on top of existing delivery charges.

All orders shall be dispatched after 4-5 working days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) upon completion of payment.

Do you deliver to post office boxes?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to a post office box address.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are dispatched from our Singapore location and we try our best to get your order to you within 4-5 business days provided your delivery address is in Singapore. However, orders that require customisation will take longer to arrive. Please also note that there may be a delay in delivery if your order(s) is/are placed during peak trade periods.

What if I am not around to receive my order?

Please note that you will have to sign for your order

If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery that you opted, there will be a surcharge of $30 for re-delivery. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, and will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

What if the item(s) I placed an order for is/are out of stock?

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.


What can I do if I received a bad quality item?

Do contact us at sales@unifood.com.sg within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and attached a photo of item received.
We will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your refund request.

Refund / Exchange Policy:

1. Only defected products are allowed for replacement.
2. Any orders damaged via transit or custom clearance, we will offer replacement.
3. If you're concerned about the quality of your snacks, please send us a picture of the manufacturing date and we will arrange a replacement.
